Deborah Naish

Deborah Naish works with corporate executives, entrepreneurs and non-profits on leadership, vision, strategy, team performance, project management and communication. She works with individuals and teams to develop their leadership strengths and produce extraordinary results. 

Clients include Charles Schwab, OFOTO – a division of Kodak, Mid-State Bank, Cure Autism Now, Charter Communications, The Wall Street Journal Online, Avery Dennison, UCSB Alumni Association, Bay Area Video Coalition, ABC-Clio, The Flavia Company, FoxSports.com, several smaller companies and non-profit organizations.  In addition, Ms. Naish brings to her work more than 20 years of experience in business management, licensing and marketing at YES! Entertainment, The Walt Disney Company and The Clorox Company

Prior to starting her own company, Ms. Naish was the President/CEO of Flavia Group, Inc., a privately held, greeting card publishing and international licensing company in Santa Barbara.  While at Flavia, she restructured the financially troubled company for future growth. She worked with her team to set the vision and strategy for the company, establishing breakthrough levels of creativity among the design team and generating new licensing agreements.

Receiving her MBA from Northwestern University in 1983, Ms. Naish has also taught for the Masters in Organization Management Program for Fielding Graduate Institute.
