Susan Strasburger

Susan Strasburger excels in creating learning processes that result in strategic personal and organizational changes. As an executive coach and consultant for over 20 years, Susan has experience in a variety of industries, with clients including Bank of America and Wells Fargo, Chevron and Shell, Agilent and Sun Microsystems, Genentech and Pfizer, among others. Susan works in partnership with each client system to identify the most relevant and effective strategies for team and leadership development as well as process improvements that last.

With degrees from Yale University and Mills College and certifications in Diversity Leadership and Re-Evaluation Counseling, Susan incorporates a strong theoretical framework to her client-focused skills. She is also a Certified Master Trainer and Coach through Interaction Associates, whose ground-breaking Facilitative Leadership models serve as a foundation for her work. She's completing her PhD in Psychology in 2008.
